We need to expand our technical team with one or more fast-learning developers who can grow with us. You'll get to learn the insides of the mobile environment by working with operators in Hong Kong and around the region, work on systems that process hundreds of transactions per second, and see your software serve literally millions of customers.

We're looking for developers who:

• Are experienced with both the Ruby language and the Rails framework and know the difference between the two. A deep understanding isn't necessary but a desire to learn something new every day is.
• Understand the meaning of scalability and know how to get there.
• Demonstrate creativity, curiosity, and flexibility.
• Are fluent with SQL and preferably eperienced with MySQL.
• Know the Linux environment well.
• Can work directly with clients.
• Understand the importance of configuration control, testing, scripted deployment, and change management.
• Can travel around the region to work with customers and partners.

A successful candidate will work directly with the CTO on things like:

• Adding new features to current Sigma platforms.
• Diagnosing problems.
• Deploying platforms at new locations through both remotely and on-site.
• Planning the next generation of Sigma platforms.
• Assisting in infrastructure projects.
